These WD33 Terms & Conditions take full effect from the date you register an account or use any of our services. This document should be read together with WD33 Privacy Policy and WD33 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and WD33.

WD33 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the official WD33 website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the WD33 platform following any amendments constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use WD33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. WD33 takes this age requirement seriously and will request age verification when necessary.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Never having been removed or banned from the WD33 platform at any prior time.
• Register with one personal account only. Each individual is permitted to hold only one WD33 account.

To make full use of WD33's services, you will need to register a personal account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing information that is accurate, current, and complete during the registration process.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever there are changes, especially your contact details and payment methods.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify WD33 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

WD33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time to verify a member's identity. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

WD33 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
• All deposits are processed almost instantly (within 1–3 minutes) once payment is successful.
• WD33 does not accept cash payments or transfers from third parties.
• Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources and must not be proceeds of any unlawful activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods.
• Withdrawals via FPX to bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB) may take 1–3 business days depending on the bank's operating hours.
• WD33 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account belonging to the member.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be suspended and investigated.

WD33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. The general conditions applicable to all WD33 promotions are as follows:

• Every bonus claimed is subject to rollover before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
• WD33 reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or shared with other members.
• Promotions are valid only for members who have registered legitimately and hold a fully verified account.
• WD33 reserves the right to terminate, modify, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The WD33 platform offers a wide range of games including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports), and lottery. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface. General rules applicable to all WD33 games are:

• All bets placed and accepted by the WD33 system are final and cannot be voided once the game has begun.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, WD33 will refer to server logs to determine the valid game outcome.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is as advertised and has been independently audited.
• Members are solely responsible for understanding the rules and odds of any bet before placing it.
• Winnings resulting from a clear software malfunction or technical error are invalid and will not be paid out.

WD33 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the WD33 platform for any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system through techniques such as opposing bets, using multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage from WD33 promotions.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one WD33 account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Unauthorized Software Usage: Using bots, automated scripts, cheat software, or any technical tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to manipulate the gaming system, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Spreading False Information: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the verification process.

WD33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms contained in this document.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the WD33 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with WD33's standard timeframes and conditions once the account closure is complete.

WD33 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Any personal information you provide to WD33 will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Managing and verifying your account.
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Sending service-related communications and WD33 promotions (if you have opted in to receive them).
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Service improvements and enhanced user experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WD33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance or upgrades.
• Technical failures or disruptions beyond WD33's control, including internet infrastructure failures or power outages.
• Gambling losses resulting from betting decisions made voluntarily by the member.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in keeping your password confidential.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

WD33 is committed to resolving all complaints and disputes in a fair and transparent manner. Any dispute must be submitted to WD33 within 30 days of the date of the incident in question. WD33 will investigate and deliver a decision within 14 business days.

WD33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official WD33 website. WD33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to members via email or in-platform notifications when significant changes are made.

These WD33 Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through WD33's support channels will be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
